POP Sole SG Nut
A press nut that achieves high torque by sinking part of the body. It is a medium size ranging from M8 to M12.
This unique press nut with a custom design prevents the nut from rotating by press-fitting part of its hexagonal body into the base material. Additionally, it prevents the nut from coming loose due to metal flow. By using press-fitting for nuts ranging from M8 to M12, it achieves a strong bonding force comparable to that of welded nuts. There is no need for processes like spatter treatment or anti-corrosion treatment, and it can be press-fitted from either the punch side or the press side. It is used in components made of aluminum and in copper busbars for power supply.
